Profile Passwords

User names and passwords are case sensitive. All passwords are subject to the following rules:

• Passwords must be a minimum of six characters and are case sensitive; special characters are permitted and encouraged for use in passwords
• Users must change their passwords every 180 days
• Users can change their passwords only once in a 24-hour period
• The WebCAD system will store the last four user passwords; users may only duplicate a previously used password every 5th time the password is changed

Change a WebCAD Password (User)

To change a WebCAD password as a user:

1. Log in to the WebCAD system
2. Click the Admin Tab
3. Click My Profile
4. Enter the New Password
5. Re-enter the New Password in the Confirm Password field
6. Click Change Password
