For those users that have access to the CAD application, the login and password are the same as a user’s login and password for the regular CAD application. Both the username and password are case sensitive.
If users are associated with multiple agencies, they must select a single agency upon successful log in. The list of available agencies is limited to the agencies to which the WebCAD user is associated. Users with multiple agency associations can change the active agency at any time by selecting another agency from the agency drop down menu.
USER TIP: Switching between Day and Night modes during the process of logging in will nullify the login. User should elect to switch modes before or after logging in.
The user will remain logged into the application for up to 12 hours if the application is left untouched and the current page is the County or Agency Status page.
NOTE: The system will lock the user from logging in following six failed login attempts
USER TIP: A PDA version of the Agency Status page is available by selecting the PDA Version link on the bottom left hand side of the page after login.
